1. Who is the controller

The data controller is FerdiGo s.r.o., the company behind the Domovník project. Contact: ahoj@mujdomovnik.online.

2. What we process

• Your email address, which you enter into a form yourself.
• The source of your sign-up, so we can send you relevant information.
• Basic anonymous usage data about visits to the site. We do not use advertising cookies.

The answers you give in our planning tools stay in your browser. They are not sent to us.

3. Why we process it

• To send you the material you asked for.
• To let you know when the app or the English guide becomes available.
• To send occasional practical tips about looking after a property.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form. Consent is voluntary and you may withdraw it at any time.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as your consent stands, and at most three years from your last activity, or until you withdraw consent. After that we delete it.

6. Who else has access

We use Ecomail (Ecomail.cz s.r.o.) to send email. It processes data on our behalf and is bound by confidentiality. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone else.

7. Your rights

• Withdraw consent at any time, using the link in any email or by writing to us.
• Request access to your data, its correction or deletion.
• Lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
